Application Instructions & Precautions

• Dilute the product with water at a ratio of 1:10 to 1:20. The optimal dilution ratio should be determined through practical trials.

• Apply the diluted release agent uniformly onto the clean mold surface by spraying.

• Use conventional air spray equipment with the nozzle positioned approximately 30 cm from the mold surface. Allow the applied film to dry before commencing the molding cycle.

• Reapply a uniform thin film after each injection/molding cycle to ensure consistent and easy demolding.
