Application Instructions

This product should be diluted with clean water before use. For flame-retardant belts, the recommended dilution ratio is 5–8 parts water to 1 part concentrate (5–8× dilution).

Precautions

• Adjust the dilution ratio according to actual production conditions. It is recommended to dilute as much as practical; avoid using an overly high concentration.

• When applying by brushing, do not use excessive amounts. The guideline is to ensure that no water droplets remain on the belt surface after application.

• For best results, allow the belt surface to dry completely before placing it into the steel mold for vulcanization.

Usage Guidelines

• Dilute with clean water before use (adjust according to on-site conditions).

• After prolonged use, the mold can be cleaned simply by soaking in water.
