Product Overview
This product is a water‑based oil‑in‑water emulsion. It is non‑toxic, non‑flammable, and exhibits strong adhesion as well as excellent release performance. It is suitable for a wide variety of cement products, including GRC (glass‑fiber reinforced concrete), Roman columns, window surrounds, door surrounds, cast‑in‑place walls, curbstones, artificial stone, partition panels, concrete components, precast beams, bridge piers, utility poles, and concrete crafts. It also provides effective rust protection for molds and formwork, and does not interfere with subsequent finishing operations such as painting or plastering on the concrete surface.

Application Instructions & Precautions

Before using, stir the product thoroughly to ensure uniformity. Remove any dust or contaminants from the formwork surface, then apply the release agent evenly by brushing or spraying onto the formwork. Proceed with concrete pouring immediately after application.

Dilute the product with water according to the complexity of the concrete part. The optimal dilution ratio should be determined by the user through practical testing under actual production conditions.
