How It Works

Our cement release agent utilizes a chemically active formulation that reacts with the calcium hydroxide (lime) present in fresh concrete to form a metallic, waterproof soap layer on the mold surface. This reactive mechanism creates a precise "breaking point" between the concrete and the formwork, enabling easy separation after curing while leaving the concrete surface uniformly bright and free of discoloration. The formulation is available in various base types – including mineral oil-based, water-based emulsion, and ester/vegetable oil-based options – to suit different application requirements and environmental preferences.

Application Method

1. Prepare the mold – Clean the mold surface thoroughly, removing all dust, dirt, rust particles, and concrete residue.

2. Apply the release agent – Apply a thin, uniform coat by brush, roller, or spray. For spray application, use a light mist coating for even coverage.

3. Allow to dry – Wait approximately 5–20 minutes for the release agent to dry and form a film before pouring concrete.

4. Pour concrete – Proceed with normal concrete casting and curing.

5. Demold – After curing, the concrete will release cleanly and easily from the mold surface.

Note: For water-based emulsion products, dilution with clean water is typically required prior to use. Please refer to the specific product data sheet for dilution ratios and detailed application instructions.
