Product Overview

This product is an environmentally friendly, water‑based release agent suitable for demolding applications in tire, rubber, and plastic parts manufacturing. Upon application, it forms a film rapidly on the mold surface, significantly improving release efficiency, preventing surface defects on finished parts, effectively enhancing surface gloss, and providing improved stain resistance.

Application Instructions & Precautions

1. New molds must be thoroughly cleaned before use, with special attention to removing all oil and grease residues.

2. During normal tire vulcanization production, re‑apply the release agent every 4 to 8 hours by spraying.

3. For complex tread patterns that are more difficult to release, the application amount can be appropriately increased to noticeably improve demolding performance. This will not affect the appearance quality of the tire nor cause any contamination to the mold.
