Application Instructions

1. For tire bladder vulcanization: Apply the release agent to the bladder surface by brushing or spraying.

2. For hot air bags (curing bags): Apply to the bag surface by wiping, brushing, or spraying.

Precautions

1. This product is a film‑forming matte‑finish release agent. When applied by brushing, it does not significantly alter the surface appearance.

2. When applying to the bladder, take care to prevent the release agent from dripping onto the steel mold. If any drips occur, wipe immediately with a stiff denim cloth. Removal will not affect the tire's appearance.

3. Ensure complete and uniform coverage of the release agent during application; missed spots will result in reduced release performance.

4. The dilution ratio should be adjusted according to the specific product and process conditions, but it is recommended to dilute as much as practical. Avoid using an overly high concentration.
