Product Overview
This product is a black finishing agent designed for spray application on the outer surface of green tires (uncured tire carcasses). It is primarily formulated with specially modified high-molecular polymer emulsions, combined with various high-temperature finishing powders and high-temperature auxiliary agents. This coating promotes rubber flow during vulcanization, effectively compensating for underfilled areas and surface imperfections, and facilitating smooth material flow.

Application Instructions

Spray application: Use standard spraying equipment with a nozzle diameter of 0.5–1.0 mm and air pressure of 45 psi. Spray directly onto the outer surface of the green tire.

Wipe/brush application: Apply the coating agent evenly onto the outer surface of the green tire using a brush or cloth saturated with the solution.
Precautions

Spraying or brushing must be performed finely and uniformly – avoid missed areas and excessive local buildup.

Clean all application tools immediately after use to prevent gelation or clogging.

Keep containers tightly sealed when not in use to prevent water evaporation and surface skin formation.
