This product is specially designed as an anti‑tack material for stacking rubber tire and rubber component sheets during storage and handling. Formulated with composite fatty acids and various functional additives through a scientific ratio and processed with special technology, this product disperses rapidly in water. Application Instructions

1. This product must first be diluted with water in a mixing tank. Stir thoroughly until completely dissolved before use. The specific concentration should be determined by the user through testing, as it varies depending on rubber compound properties, sheet temperature, ambient temperature, line speed, and stacking pressure.

2. Dip‑coating method: Pass the rubber sheet through a cooling tank containing the diluted anti‑tack agent solution.

3. Brush application method: Apply the diluted anti‑tack agent onto the sheet surface using a mop or brush.

Precaution

• Avoid contact with acids and cationic surfactants, which may cause precipitation.
