Tire Curing External Spray Dressing
Description
This product is a black dressing applied by spraying onto the outer surface of green tires. It is mainly formulated with specially modified polymer emulsion, combined with various high‑temperature modifying powders and high‑temperature additives. It promotes rubber flow, effectively compensating for underfill and surface imperfections, and improving the flow characteristics of the rubber compound.

Application Methods

Spraying
Use standard spraying equipment with a nozzle diameter of 0.5 – 1.0 mm and air pressure of 45 psi. Spray directly and evenly onto the outer surface of the green tire.

Brushing / Wiping
Apply with a brush, cloth, or sponge soaked in the dressing onto the outer surface of the green tire.
Precautions

Spraying or brushing must be performed evenly and finely – avoid missing areas or applying excessive amounts locally.

Tools must be cleaned immediately after use to prevent gelation or caking.

Containers should be covered promptly when not in use to prevent water evaporation, which may cause surface skinning.
